BUT regardless, they provided the best service I could have possibly asked for. Unfortunately device wasn't unlocked due to accidental wrong model and I went through the follow up steps provided for when an unlock fails and found out that the device was able to take the desired SIM card and register it so no longer need the unlock at this time.
